Dr. Mohsen Eshraghi is a metallurgist and mechanical engineer with over 15 years of experience in materials processing, manufacturing, and failure analysis. His expertise includes additive manufacturing, welding, heat treatment, and the mechanical integrity of metallic components for aerospace, energy, and industrial systems. As Director of the Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Laboratory (AM2L) at Cal State LA, Dr. Eshraghi leads applied research integrating experimental testing, computational modeling, and materials characterization. He has led projects sponsored by NASA, NSF, and industry partners and serves as a consulting expert in metallurgical and manufacturing investigations.
